I had the opportunity to do some traveling lately and I recently took a business trip to Toronto.

It seemed a very beautiful city from what I saw from the taxi and the windows of my hotel room. Do not you love business travel?

Anyway, I learned two very valuable lessons, while in Toronto.

The first thing I learned was that there are a lot of refugees from Somalia in Toronto. My driver taxi to the hotel was in Somalia and when asked about his home, did not seem too eager to talk about it.

I took the hint.

The next thing I learned is that by doing body weight exercises in the hotel room in the morning is to catch your breath before answering the door to tell cleaning away.

I was near the end of my training when I got hit and ran to answer the door to tell him to go ... and I was panting.

She looked at me funny and said it again later.

So that's where this article has led me. Training hotel room. I hope your mind wander to the creek. If so, how embarrassing.

My routine only took me about 15 minutes to complete, included nothing, but bodyweight exercises, and as the housekeeper heard, left me breathless.

So here's what I did, and you should try also next time you are in a hotel, but do not want to head down to the training facility.

I made a quick warming consists of lizards and bodyweight squats. I did 3 sets of 10 each with little or no rest between sets.

I then 4 groups of the following supergroups, Rest only 20-30 seconds after the second period before returning to the first:

1A) Push-up w / Hand Lift - 12 by 1B) 1-Leg Extension Hip - 15 reps per leg

2A) Pike Push-up - 15 reps 2B) Reverse Lunge - 15 reps per leg

3A) "T" Push-up - 16 reps 3B) Overhead Squats - 20 reps

After these exercises, which had a good sweat worked up, and as the housekeeper could say, left me breathless.

You could even make an attempt at training this weekend. Do it first thing in the morning, before anything gets on the road and pushes the training background.
