Leaders Ultimate

The world could learn a lot from Santa about what it takes to succeed especially in relation to the way we work and sell their products and services. If you wants to know what steps to take to do the job in 2010 then just do what Santa every day, every week and year after year.
Guy works all year through the night, offers sleet or snow, through wars, recessions, depressions, waste no time in politics, serving all races, it's never an excuse CRM works of death, the transition to new technologies like the Internet when necessary, managing market-driven and does not provide year after year. Continue selling all of its ideas and concepts in spite of religious conflict, skepticism, the media no matter the condition of the economy. The guy is unstoppable and a mission irresistible. People describe him as happy, cheerful and optimistic, but besides that he is the ultimate example of hard work and salesmanship. These are ingredients needed to succeed in the next year.
Some people say that Santa Claus is not real, others say that an order taker, but irrespective of Santa Claus has survived everything. He's been around, as all aviation companies and car companies, combined and approaches his work as a mission than a job. Admittedly, the boy brings year after year, is a fierce competitor, he seems really happy and no matter what is happening, no lose confidence in their mission to deliver the goods! Maybe he is happy because it has a purpose and it makes the hard work!
A called my client today, Christmas Eve and said: "Grant did not know that many people with his work ethic." I said, "you know I never think therein lies the work for me is a mission, my purpose. I do not see that I'm working or I'm selling to a customer or management of a problem when I'm doing things, but my work is a way for me to express myself, a way to create something, a way to leave an imprint and impress people, and take care of my family!
If you believe in Santa or not, the focus of his work with the same commitments as you do and get what you want in life! Going to work as if your life depends on it. Take in all customers this coming year likes its mission. In the next year if you want a job, or start your own business or grow your business to understand the market only reward those who work and sell as Santa.
