Speakers, speakers or speaker systems are output devices of electrical signals through which they leave as sound. In fact, it is an electromechanical transducer, which is responsible for the quality of sound coming out. Speaker is a general term. You can include a set of speakers, a single device or a set of drivers, or speakers piezoelectrics. Speakers are variables and instruments are available in many sizes, shapes and qualities.

The accuracy of a speaker is one of the main concerns that we before selecting one. Some of the popular type of speakers and drivers are woofers, sub woofers, horn speakers, piezoelectric speakers, electrostatic speakers, speakers of magnetic tape and planner, bending wave speakers, flat speakers, distributed mode loudspeakers, speakers arc plasma and digital speakers.

The performance of a loudspeaker is measured based on their ability to reproduce a signal without distortion or deformation. Compared with other audio equipment, a loudspeaker is not too much. The frequency response of the amplifier may vary less than 0.1 dB, while for the speaker is about 3 dB and -3 dB from the ideal linearity.

Piezoelectric speakers are frequently used as beepers in watches and other electronic equipment. In less expensive systems Sound is used as tweeters. Examples of such devices are computers and portable devices. However, these uses are very large, due to its low cost.

Overload can not clog piezoelectric speaker, so you get an advantage over normal speakers. Overload can destroy the voice coil of a loudspeaker usual but that does not happen to the piezo. They have an inherently efficient electrical charge and therefore the need for an external crossover is less complex.

A major disadvantage is that its frequency response, most often, is quite poor compared to other prevailing technologies. The oscillation in drive capacitive loads can sometimes lead to distortion or damage to the amplifiers. This answers the question why piezoelectric speakers are used usually on a single frequency or non-critical applications.

There are special circumstances in which the piezoelectric speakers are used as input devices and output. Sonar is an example application. There is use to generate sound under water. This is the production version and the entry of the use is to act as part of detecting underwater microphones. They are very advantageous in this regard. In fact, its usefulness is much greater than that of tape-based instruments.

Pottery today is used as material for piezoelectric speakers. The compact size, actually helps to further miniaturization for PDAs, digital cameras, 3G mobile phones, and other household appliances. All standards use the magnet dynamic speakers for the function, while the compact size can reduce the thickness and weight. Weight loss can be up 30 to 50 percent. The use of energy will also be low, around half the original. This will be less costly in the long term.

GPS stands for Global Positioning System and was initially designed for use by U.S. military and operated by the Department of Defense. This system consists of 24 satellites, these satellites numbers 12,000 miles above us, are constantly in motion in a precise orbit, have an atomic clock, and are powered by solar energy. They have a battery backup that will continue to run in the event of a solar eclipse, and each satellite has a small rocket to maintain its orbit. The first satellite was launched in 1978 and it was not until 1994 when there were a total of 24 satellites. Each satellite has a life expectancy about 10 years, so the new satellites are constantly being built and launched. Each satellite weighs about 2,000 kilograms and is about 17 feet wide when the solar panels are extended. In the 1980s, GPS became publicly available, and although they are still maintained by the Department of Defense no charge for use by the public.

These 24 satellites orbiting the earth twice a day and continuously sends the location of the satellite.
