The supercharged engine that can drive MINI from standstill to 100 km / h in 7.2 seconds. And when accelerating on the open road, the Cooper S has a maximum speed of 222 km / h.

Back pain is one of the most common complaints among men and women. It is estimated that approximately 60-75% of the adult population suffer from one or another type of pain back. At one time it was believed that only back pain suffered by people over 40-45 years of age. These days, however, including children and adults young people complain of severe back pain.

Since it is a common complaint, many people ignore their back pain and continue with their normal activities, although pain. A good percentage of patients visit the doctor for back pain only when they are completely incapacitated by pain. Others prefer to pop pain medications occasionally. So how do you know if you need to see a doctor for back pain?

If you have a persistent backache, low impact may be best to take care of yourself. The trick is knowing what activities are causing the pain and avoid doing those activities. For example, many pregnant women develop back pain when standing continuously. The solution is to avoid standing for long periods of time for you to avoid damage to your back.

In a good majority of people suffering from back pain, root of the problem is the mechanical problems that are somewhat difficult to pinpoint. For example, muscles back may go into spasm when lifting heavy objects, bending or sitting in an uncomfortable position. The long-term abuse of the back thus leads the weakening of muscles or damage to the nerves in the back. Patients often reach a point when pain begins to interfere with their normal activities. A good percentage of people suffering mechanical problems lower back pain to overcome their pain without any special treatment.

In some cases, the causes of pain back are more complicated. Back pain can be the result of infection, tumors or vascular disease, among other things. The pain caused by such problems can be different:

  • The pain that radiates down the leg

  • Thigh pain

  • Constant pain

  • Pain in the chest, groin or rectal areas

  • The pain that shoots at night

  • Intestinal problems Bladder Control

  • Back pain accompanied by fever and weight loss

  • Pain after injury

  • Problems in maintaining posture and balance while walking

In such cases, patients must see a doctor for back pain immediately.

It is common practice for most families to meet their family doctor for relief of back pain. However, studies show that family physicians may be inclined to stick with traditional therapies, back pain and can not easily adapt to the practices modern therapy.

If chronic back pain, surgery may be the only way to support the relief of pain. Orthopedists, rheumatologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, or may be called to treat back pain, depending on the type of problem that is causing the pain.
